- Product Management: Identification of product goals, product backlog, monitoring of KPIs for digital products with agile framework (Scrum e Kanban).- Coordination of cross-functional teams, management and planning of goals in agile mode.- Identification and estimation of new business opportunities and upselling on managed customers.- Monitoring of timelines, progress, quality and compliance with requirements of the product design and development activities.- Management of the relationship with the customer, on design and development issues and requests of the main project stakeholders (CEO, CTO, Marketing Manager).- Scouting and management of suppliers, including commercial aspects and contract negotiation, performance and quality.

- Team management: planning of daily activities of multidisciplinary development teams.- Project estimates and upselling: Identification and estimation of business opportunities for the customer and for Cedacri.- Monitoring: Monitoring of timelines, progress, quality and compliance with requirements of the development activities on projects.- Management of the relationship with the customer, on development and functional issues and requests of the main project stakeholders (PM, Analyst, Function Managers).- Management of the relationship with the division's continuous suppliers, evaluating in particular commercial aspects and contract renewals, performance and quality.

- Monitoring of timelines, progress, quality and compliance with requirements of the division's development activities.- Reporting: Drafting reports on status, risks and issues to be resolved in the projects followed.- Coordination of SIT and UAT testing activities, planning and monitoring of bug resolution.- Management of the relationship with the customer, on strategic issues and requests of the main project stakeholders (Director, Division Manager, PM).- Management of the relationship with suppliers, defining quality objectives, timelines and compliance with requirements.

- Functional and technical analysis of customer software development requests.- Organization and conduction of training sessions for bank customer users.- Data migration support and development team assistance for new bank customers.- Testing and development support: Collaborate with the development team to test new features and resolve bugs.- Compliance analysis: Regulatory analysis for interventions on the Cedacri information system in the area of mortgages and lending.- Accounting operations analysis for account reconciliation in the area of mortgages and lending.
