The Lab at Capital One:- Led the design of new products at Capital One’s innovation lab through research, product strategy, interaction design, and prototyping. Developed and applied research methods to facilitate difficult conversations with customers about their finances and synthesized learnings into actionable insights and frameworks to improve customer experience. Collaborated closely with engineering teams and business partners to pilot products and chart strategic visions for product success.- Led small teams in ideation sessions and other design thinking workshops to develop new ideas for patents for the company; officially recognized as an inventor under US Patent Law (4 approved patents, 20+ patents pending).Capital One: Consumer Bank Team- Designed the user interface of the current Wire Transfer function on all Capital One platforms.- Led research of user interface and usability concepts to inform the design of Capital One’s Wire Transfer experience.
