This included shelter, food, NFIs assistance, and protection assistance.• Design organisational structures, and develop financial systems, and HR policies that adapt quickly for this rapidly growing NGO of 15 staff and 50 fulltime volunteers (community and international). Actively train staff and mentor the management team to strengthen their capacity to deliver organizational goals.• Support the programme team in setting strategic direction, and designing projects in accordance to SPHERE standards. • Ensure compliance across the organisation to relevant policies and procedures. Train staff in the these and monitor where adaptations are needed and non-compliance has occurred.
