Project management of employee surveys and business development in Italy.I moderate focus groups, design questionnaires, prepare and deliver result presentations and help our clients analyse and act upon the final survey results.

I worked as the Italian affiliate of Towers Perrin-ISR.My tasks included marketing in Italy and local project management. Furthermore, I took care of the qualitative phases of a research (focus groups, management interviews).
