Carrying out psychosocial care for families victims of the armed conflict linked to the PAPSIVI (Program of Psychosocial Care and Comprehensive Health for Victims of the Internal Conflict) in the peripheral areas of the city of Bogotá.Referral of cases to government and private entities through interdisciplinary teams for families with special needs.

Consultancies on social issues independently to different public and private entities aimed at educational development, environmental issues and health care for COVID-19. Within these consultancies, the following actions were carried out:- Preparation of instructions for the Secretary of Education of Bogotá that guides the use of the SURE application (Unique School Registration System) as a virtual tool for the creation of School Risk Management and Climate Change Plans - PEGR-CC.- Realization of virtual training through E-Learning platforms for teachers related to risk management.- Consulting on issues of care and humanization of health services. Follow-up of covid-19 patients through the PRASS Strategy (Sustainable Testing, Tracing and Selective Isolation) for the city of Bogotá.- Construction of databases and administrative management strategies to monitor the population of kangaroo mothers at the Hospital del Meissen in Bogotá.

Coordinate and develop the orientation and technical and operational monitoring in the territory to the psychosocial teams in the implementation of the Program of Psychosocial Care and Comprehensive Health for Victims of the Armed Conflict (PAPSIVI) in the Central East region of the country made up of the departments of Arauca, Santander , Meta, Guaviare, Casanare, Cundinamarca and Bogotá D.C.Creation of strategies to optimize time in attention to beneficiaries and safe referrals to other government entities.Accountability to the beneficiary communities presenting the objectives achieved, carrying out closing activities and demonstrations of progress in the quality of life of the participants.

Promote and develop (from a gender and differential perspective) flexible pedagogical strategies and practices to guarantee educational processes according to the needs of the population (victims of the armed conflict, indigenous people, LGBTI community, minor offenders) in order to complete their secondary studies and certify skills for work in trades such as tailoring, bakery, shoemaking, among others.Development of strategies for the elimination of discriminatory practices in educational environments in order to reduce actions aimed at gender based violence.

Development of administrative management in the preparation of judicial notifications, verification and follow-up of files, delivery of notifications and projection of administrative acts for the management of water and soil resources.

Provide individual and family psychosocial care to young people and girls living in the Home as a protection measure against situations of violation of rights, abandonment, victims of GBV, malnutrition and de-schooling. Carry out field verifications of the living conditions of the minors and their families in order to assess the possibilities of returning to the family nucleus in accordance with the implementation of family improvement plans for the minors and their fathers / mothers / caregivers.

Carrying out induction and training processes for new staff. Lead meetings and operational agreements with Avianca union groups.
