• Works with children ages 2 to 10 years old in a one-on-one and in group settings to implement the plan developed by the Senior Therapist and Consulting Board Certified Behaviour Analyst.• Daily collection, recording, and analysis of data.• Monitors individual’s progress and communicates with the corresponding team members onmatters relating to the development 0r implementation of the Behavioural Plan.• Updates parents daily through verbal and written communication on the individual’s progressand supports parents in their understanding of IBI/ABA techniques.• Prepares daily teaching materials and reinforcers specific to the individual’s programs.• Supports integration of individuals in educational, community and family programs andactivities.• Accesses supervision appropriately, attends and participates in team meetings andimplements feedback.• Promotes a friendly, clean and safe environment for families and children.

• Review and complete charts of clients. • Provide full support for diapering and tolieting. • Assist with planning, implementing and evaluation of activities in daily living. • Participate in activities as per the client's program (taking them to the gym, puzzles, etc.) • Ensure lunches and snacks are placed in the fridge and placed away.• Set up and clean up activities room throughout the day and prior to leaving. • Maintain confidentiality regarding client, his/her family, and any records pertaining to the client.

• Process patient and physician documents including prescriptions, requisitions and insurance.• Responsible for creating and updating patient files. • Enter and verify new patient enrolments. • Fill patient documents electronically. • Manage and organize the patient program support email and faxes.• Assist program managers, case managers and reimbursement specialists. • Follow all patient program regulations including patient and physician confidentiality.
