I believe that the quality of our communication determines the quality of our lives.My early fascination in humans and our behaviours from an early age is why I dedicated myself to the field, graduating from Zurich University in 1998 with a Master of Science (Lizenziat) in Psychology, majoring in Artificial Intelligence and Neuropsychology. Following this I joined Swissair and had a career dedicated to understanding the human factors in aviation safety. When Swissair collapsed, I specialised in consulting and training mainly for high-risk industries such as aviation, rail and medicine.During this time I discovered the Process Communication Model (PCM) - an incredibly powerful tool for improving our ability to relate with ourselves and with others.Mastering PCM is like having a magic wand that will:- Improve your self awareness, and self management- Help leaders effectively inspire and communicate with their teams- Build deeper relationships and connections with family and loved ones- Help you better navigate times and stress and distress, both for yourselves and othersI'm not alone in my dedication to the PCM model.
