As HR SW Consultant, the most relevant part of my job isproviding direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology to customer needs. Helping the customer understanding of product/application through presentations and practical demonstrations.I practiced pre-sales, HR SW consulting, client training and SW integration with third-party solution. I also trained/mentored consultants in my same BU and by company partners. I had the luck to face cross-BU SW issues, so having the chance of a wider and vary workgroup experience.All this helped me:- to develop a more active listening- to try out that I am self-comfortable on speech with any kind of listeners- to strengthen my curiosity but even my capacity to be focused- to work hard for the team and to rely on it- to learn that challenges and changes offer the best opportunitiesReflecting on all the experiences I had, goal achieved or not, besides all differences from one to another, whether it was a customer or a colleague, I noticed that one thing always has succeed leaving a good remembering of me: truly caring. That is what I do, this is who I am, no matter what, because I love doing my job.
