Boxing Canada is the international federation of boxing in Canada:- Organizing all the logistics of the competitions for national team members (hotel and flight bookings, budgeting)- Communication of all aspects related to the high performance program, or any other administrative documents to provincial associations- Translation of all types of documents (FR/EN, EN/FR) - presentations, letters, delegation handbooks, etc.- Management of national coaches' certifications - Coordination of communications for competitions (press releases, organization of meetings with different stakeholders)- Preparation of the calendar for social media and website- Come up with a budget for the preparation of the national team's activities

-Creation of Facebook/Instagram ads (Media buying) - Define KPIs and optimization of the ROI- Creating landing pages for prospect acquisitions, A/B testing- Writing blog articles on digital marketing and optimization of the SEO on Wordpress- Managing the content calendar for social media- Writing newsletters to prospects in the database to generate interest in the agency's services, and creating email automations (A/B testing)-Defining digital marketing plans for clients and offer solutions to help them gain more leads or sell more online.-Video editing with Final Cut Pro for the agency's Youtube channel- Monthly reports and follow ups with clients to evaluate the digital campaign (check KPIs and adjust when needed)
