-Managed LBG’s largest insurance distribution channel including internal/external stakeholder relationships, with full P&L responsibility for this channel-Forged strong external relationships with key PCW partners to drive LBG’s growth aspirations-Directed teams to deliver against target sales volumes and budgets (c. £50m NB GWP p.a.) and drove effective cost management of a budget of c. £12m p.a.-Led on the identification and development of new commercial opportunities to meet all set targets/KPI’s.

-Responsible for identifying and delivering initiatives and projects to meet LBG's ambition to become Home Insurance market leaders. -Led the commercial strategy and held P&L accountability for the Halifax Renters Home Insurance product that was introduced in 2019 to supplement LBG’s existing home insurance product suite. Responsibility for managing all aspects of the relationship with the third-party technology provider.-Led the 2018 4-year operating plan process to deliver a robust volume and value plan in line with strategic objectives.-Owned the relationship between the Home Insurance division and third-party insurers who provided capacity for risks outside of underwriting appetite, delivering c £2m GWP annually. Delivered process and operational changes to maximize revenue. -Chaired regular P&L meetings to report on commercial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.-Delivered regular updates to senior management teams on project statuses and the achievement of milestones.

- Responsibility for all aspects of managing the Home Insurance relationship between LBG and Sainsbury's Bank.- Forged strong relationships with LBG's third party Motor Insurance provider and identified and delivered initiatives to meet LBG's growth aspirations.

Responsibility for managing all aspects of the Creditor Insurance relationship (including P&L responsibility) between LBG and a number of third party and Joint Venture financial services clients.
