The ExperiencePlus! Office and Reservation Coordinator works as part of the reservation team to make sure all pre-tour customer information and payments are handled before the departure. This person also manages the US office needs. Major Responsibilities: - Collecting customer's information and payments prior to their tour departure- Second on sales calls- Processes reservations, transfers and cancellations- Manages office supplies and gift inventory- Works with Sales and Marketing to update website and input tour itinerary information - Tour document management on internal intranet system- Tour accounting data entry in Quickbooks.
