Facilitated change management processes and delivered communications to members and staff, to successfully migrate and update the studio's business management system, without interruption to operations. Grew a sense of community among members through weekly events, which involved topic ideation, liaising with guest speakers, and marketing the events via Sherwood Park News community listings and press releases for local media, in-studio posters, social media marketing, and email marketing campaigns. In consultation with the studio owner and their accountant, developed and implemented operations procedures for onboarding new staff and completing the bi-weekly payroll process.

Developed lead generation and sales skills while growing my personal business through in-home jewellery design sessions, tradeshows, pop-up markets and social media marketing. Supported and advised HR Learning & Development and Talent Programs teams with internal communications strategies, plans, and campaigns, for an audience of 15,000+ employees across Canada and the United States. Liaised with Corporate Communications team to ensure alignment of HR Communications with overall corporate initiatives. Managed the calendar of HR communication updates, including enterprise-wide announcements and roll-out of change communications related to performance management, HR cycle, and leadership development. Developed People Leader toolkits and other change management tools to support HR initiatives, programs, and policies. As the key point of contact for shareholder and employee inquiries related to the acquisition of Matrikon by Honeywell, leveraged this opportunity to influence and change behaviours that promoted open communication and employee engagement.
