Programs include two osteopathic medical schools, two schools of dentistry and oral health, two master of biomedical science programs, and allied health professions programs. I work with a team of Admissions Counselors and other professional staff members on three campuses to strategically plan and promote marketing and recruitment activities. I have a direct supervision of an Assistant Director of Residential Admissions, three professional Admissions Counselors, an Admissions Coordinator, an Administrative Support person. I also work with a thriving Student Ambassador program of 80+ students from my office in Kirksville, MO. This position reports within the area of Student Affairs, and I am also heavily involved with student initiatives on ATSU's Missouri campus.

Responsible for the total operation of the auxiliary residence life program comprised of six residence halls/complexes and three apartment complexes housing up to 3,000 residents, working to develop and promote a safe and comfortable living environment for the residents. Planned and oversaw $5.3 million Residence Life operations funds/budgets. Served as an ethical and responsible steward of the monies allotted to the department. Trained professional staff on budget management, event planning, educational programming, emergency response, and departmental processes. Supervised ten Professional Staff and indirectly supervise/train 92 paraprofessional staff members of Residence Life (Community Coordinators, Student Advisors), and up to 250 student auxiliary staff members (hall desks, night security, etc.): Provide regular advisement, training, vision, goals, objectives, and evaluation for departmental staff. Worked with various University staff to respond to emergency response calls, follow-ups, or referrals. Provided training for professional and paraprofessional hall staff, committee members, and summer staff. Planned and liaison with summer conferences’ and camps’ program directors. Participated in departmental programs, first-year orientations, University visit days, and special events. Oversaw new student placement, annual renewal of existing housing contracts for students, and various contract issues. Oversaw behavioral discipline/medical/mental health issues, educational programming, hall government advising, and community development. Worked with the Renovations Steering Committee, Campus Planning, Facilities, and Physical Plant to make continual improvements to living facilities.

Track and project production levels and departmental volume, and identify staffing training needs. Maintain departmental employee records, leave requests, staff evaluations, and progressive discipline. Create and maintain statistical management reports regarding claims processing of student loans. Monitor written analytical reports by staff for returned, rejected, and underpaid student loan claims. Increase departmental efficiency by identifying trends and making appropriate improvements. Conduct thorough written analysis and research of returned, rejected, and underpaid student loan claims. Serve as a liaison and contact for guarantors and schools to help resolve borrower and guarantor questions. Research and resolve problem accounts.
