- Responsible for establishing effective sourcing and hiring processes to ensure talent acquisitions are secured in a timely manner to support the Design Build division- Develops new hire orientation program in support of the company’s business objectives and regulatory requirements- Works with the H.R. Generalist to identify and initiate best practices for sourcing and hiring talent to support the Distribution and CER divisions and Corporate Headquarters- Develops, implements, evaluates and communicates the company’s equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action program plan and compliance parameters- Defines, maintains and monitors recruitment and selection practices that align with regulatory agency, AAP goals and business objectives- Identifies and develops training programs; instructs hiring managers and employees about EEO/AA requisites including reporting and documentation that is necessary to support the plans’ objectives and actions taken
