Coordinated outreach and distributed information to low-income populations for energy assistance services throughout 14 target neighborhoods on the South side of Chicago.Presented information sessions in English and Spanish to energy consumers regarding their rights and eligibility for federal assistance programs such as LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program).
