I consolidated a solid technical background and developed IT and business controlling know-how. I worked in complex matrix organizations, responsible for supply chain, logistics, procurement, information systems, product development, building strategies, defining priorities to create long term value for the company and enable new business opportunities. I was actively involved in strategic Turnaround projects.
