Designed and implemented a company wide solution for supporting process automation, tracking, reporting and auditing for Microsoft’s Common Engineering Criteria Program. Highlights:• Single-handedly managed, designed and implemented a complete suite of tools to support and automate the program workflows, by leveraging and showcasing Microsoft technologies; completely redefined the processes and virtually eliminated all manual touchpoints.• Solution was so successful it was also showcased in front of high profile customers as a best practice of how to leverage Microsoft products to drive engineering standards across disciplines and teams

Created the company from A to Z: Business plan, logo and image branding, website (architecture of the database, graphics, translation in two languages), development of BI system adapted to the needs of the company, creation of B2B and B2C marketing plan, closed multiple partnerships, set-up a barcoded logistics system and a BI partner portal. Extrabiliante was so design-inspiring, it was featured in top Italian magazines such as Architectural Digest and Glamour.
