Andrea was born in Belgrade, Serbia, where she finished Arts Management at Faculty of Dramatic Arts. During 1990s Andrea organised many art and photo exhibitions for the Gallery of the Serbian Academy of Science and Arts, Museum of Applied Arts and Belgrade Cultural center. She also organised theatre performances at the Yugoslav Drama Theatre and different multimedia projects for fashion studio ‘CLICK’.In mid 1990 Andrea came to London to study for MA in Arts Management at City University. Her interests moved more towards film industry and she started volunteering for Nik Powell’s Scala Productions. She provided support to the Head of Development, Production Executive and Nik Powell. At 2003, Andrea moved with Anna Wulff, Scala’s Head of Development to Gorgeous Enterprises to continue developing their film department. There, she worked closely with Frank Budgen, Chris Palmer, Tom Carty and Peter Thwaites on their film projects. During her time with Gorgeous Films, Andrea also worked on few commercials like “London Film Festival” BFI Times, directed by Chris Palmer, ‘SOS’, and ‘Mercedes – Office’, both directed by Frank Budgen. Andrea also worked as Assistant to Associate Producer At Magic Light Pictures. In 2012, Andrea joined producer Ciska Faulkner in post production and marketing of the feature film ‘Frank’ written and directed by Richard Heslop, by I Like Films, Me. The film was screened at the Cambridge Film Festival and Raindance in London. It was also nominated for BIFA award in 2012. When producers Ciska Faulkner and Moira Houlihan started their film company BloodSugar Films, Andrea joined them as a Development Producer.Recently, Andrea set up film company ‘Beyond Films’ to concentrate on developing film projects written by Paula Brackston, whose novel, 'The Witch's Daughter' spent five weeks on the New York Times Bestsellers list at the beginning of 2013.
