Define priorities and implement recovery actions, share common strategies.- Manage the R&D budget, through continuous monitoring of costs and forecast. Jr Consultant c/o Ferrari on behalf of Six Consulting S.r.l.I work as a PM in a Team that deals with four macro areas:- Anomalies' resolution, either from the production line or from the customer network- Product improvement, through the introduction of new features. In particular, the main project follow by is the ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) development on our vehicles.- Introduction of the homologation contents, in compliance with new regulations (MY, Euro6D, China6..)- Cost reductionThe Team manages all the vehicle range currently in production (Ferrari 488, GTC4Lusso, 812 Superfast, Ferrari Portofino, Ferrari 488 Pista and the new Ferrari F8 Tributo and 812 GTS) and collaborates with all the Company Departments (Financial Dept, Manufacturing Dept, Quality Dept, Purchasing Dept..)Main Activities:- Plan and monitoring all the projects in progress, to ensure the KPIs achievement, in compliance with the assigned milestones and deadlines;- Guarantee the r&d budget respect, through continuous monitoring of costs and forecasts. I collaborate with all the Program Management Dept. to achieve corporate spending tasks;- Coordinate Cross-Functional members of the Team, defining priorities and implementing recovery action;- Reach the cost reduction objectives, through planning of the ideas, their feasibility, BC analysis and the continuous monitoring of the activities. I cooperate with the team leader in reporting the progress of the activities to the company's CTO and CFO on a monthly basis.

Production Supervisor for the Electronic System Business Area, Clusters' Operations Unit. I work on the management of workflows and I manage a team of about 80 workers per turn, interfacing with supporting organizations such as technologies, maintenance, process and quality, following and implementing the dynamics of the World Class Manufacturing Philosophy.

Working with the maintenance team on the development of a maintenance plan, based on the idea of Total Productive Maintenance, for achieving the best company efficiency.

Six-month internship experience, during which I worked on some business project in R&D department about the influence of geometry and compound of tread blocks on the friction and the wear. One of these was the object of my Master Thesis.
