Doing hospitality is by definition synonymous with dedication, service, empathy, attention to detail and much more but, having been fortunate enough to enter the world of tourism alongside people who have made history in the culture of hospitality, granted me access to insider knowledge that books do not teach and allowed the genuine tradition of this profession to fuel my curiosity and growth. Over more than 25 years I have collected experience in the role of Hotel Manager of luxury resorts where, inspired by the principles of Servant Leadership, I was strongly convinced and experienced firsthand that employees are the key to success and that a team as a whole can always make a difference regardless of the individuals if properly inspired and supported. At the same time, I was able to verify that the same dynamics are applicable in teaching as a Lecturer in "Computer Lab" and "Management and Event Organization for the Hospitality Facility" for the ITS technical course in Hospitality Management. The position of Cluster Sales manager of tourism facilities has allowed me to develop an even broader vision by focusing on more external processes and different budget objectives. Finally, passion and work in the field of Information Technology first as a developer and then as a Sales Manager allow me to be able to make the contribution to the optimization of flows and resources by improving the experience for customers and internal workloads. These different but complementary experiences constantly allow me to work with an eclectic vision in the interest of all parties and to have developed an "out of the box" thinking that almost always finds a functional solution to projects.
