In charge of the all the computational & software aspects supporting neuroscience research in the Fleischmann lab:- Developed several reinforcement learning models in Python/PyTorch and Julia with customenvironments of increasing complexity to simulate olfactory behavioral experiments done inthe Fleischmann lab. We show that the agent can learn and solve the task using Q-learning,and plan to investigate the learned representations in a Deep Q-network.;- Developed a command line interface tool to convert raw calcium imaging data to the NWB standard file format : https://gitlab.com/fleischmann-lab/calcium-imaging/calimag;- Added a new feature to the open source calcium imaging analysis software Suite2p to improve NWB support;- Implemented a plotting tool based on Bokeh to allow researchers to interactively visualize their calcium imaging traces;- Set-up and administrated the lab repository on GitLab;- Taught and improved software & DevOps best practices in the lab by providing ready to use software environments with linting, continuous integration and dependencies.

Developed Sewan’s web platform for telecommunications following the Scrum methodology:- Developed a chatbot for internal use on Mattermost in Python;- Improved the Python back-end allowing the management of the customers’ access links (xDSL, fiber, FTTH);- Added unit tests and integration tests using Pytest;- Developed a web scraping API with Flask + Selenium, and containerized for production with Docker.

Customer support on AVL software platforms:- Developed post-processing applications on AVL’s Concerto platform (VB language) according to the client needs,- Developed an intranet website in Python + Flask + Bootstrap to host training material for the new employees,- Set-up and administrated a web server to version the team's code sources on Git,- Wrote the user documentation in LaTeX,- Supported the client (Renault) on AVL’s PUMA Open software driving their engine testbeds.

Developed and improved PSA’s simulation software applied to the performance and the consumption of hybrid and conventional vehicles:- Developed and improved PSA’s simulation software based on MATLAB/Simulink;- Scripts development for the automatic conversion of Simulink models avoiding recompilations, for the migration of the computations to dedicated servers;- Improved the statistical algorithms in the annual customer consumption computation of hybrid plug-in vehicles;- Coupling of models developed with different software (vehicle model on Simulink and thermal model on AMESim), and compilation of the global models.

Noise Control with an aircraft window prototype made active by means of piezoelectric actuators:- Tools development in MATLAB for signal analysis in the frequency domain, and for system modeling based on experimental data;- Development of an adaptive controller, of filtered-reference LMS type, and simulation of the noise control with Simulink;- Real-time noise control and reduction of noise up to 6 dB SPL.

Redesign of a motor support for a new low cost elevator aimed at the Chinese market:- 3D design with Pro/ENGINEER;- structural verification and validation of the design with Pro/ENGINEER Mechanica;- 2D manufacturing drafting with AutoCAD.Cost reduction of 50% with the previous design.
