Branch Manager
Current*Manage staff, branch operations*Administer/update all bank policies and procedures to achieve all sales, customer service, and profitability goals.*Train, develop, and mentor staff for an effective branch team to include employee selection, performance standards, evaluation, and disciplinary actions as warranted.*Set performance standards, communicate clear direction, delegate duties, and schedule work.*Assess business trends, reports, and customer profiles to capitalize on opportunities to improve branch performance and reduce potential fraud.*Maintain security controls to protect the bank against any fraudulent activity and unnecessary risk.*Support Key operational functions for continuous compliance with auditing procedures, policies, and banking regulations.*Maximize revenue generation and expense line items for a positive P&L statement.*Address and resolve and customer service issues for sustained client satisfaction and account retention.*Perform Notary Public duties as requested.
