As part of the DataLab team, i’m focus on research and evaluate new techniques to monitor results of Eni corporate communication activities, in order to estimate the related impact on the reputation of the company.My job consists in discover and applying artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques in order to highlight external changes and thus, identify the best communication approach for Eni towards its stakeholders.

My main activities were: - Manage text campaigns (towards the customer base) from the script design to the campaign results analysis. - Monitor campaigns KPIs and optimization of the subsequent campaigns in order to maximize the average revenue per unit and minimize Churn.
