My strength points:- A fifteen years working experience in research and development, system integration and project management; at first I was employed for eight years as Research Assistant and Project Manager in Advanced Robotics Technology and Systems Lab of Scuola Superiore San'Anna of Pisa where I followed many Italian and European Projects, then I moved to a private company where I'm still employed as System Engineer and Project Manager in the defence department of Ingegneria dei Sistemi Elettronici S.r.l of Pisa. - Predisposition to identification of the customer need and to continuous follow up.- Ability of manage multidisciplinary teams during design, development, integration and testing of complex systems.- Capability of attending to meetings and reviews with Italian and European partners (European Commission Reviews).- Knowledge of electronics, software and communication media and protocols.- Ability of preparing presentations and teaching.
