Andrea’s years of experience working in homes result in a long list of happy clients and flawless references from San Francisco and Los Angeles. In her role of House Manager and Assistant she has overseen everything from building and remodeling, maintenance, interior design projects, and navigating the hiring of engineers and contractors for a septic system replacement within the City of Malibu. She oversees bank accounts related to all properties and is the point person for improvements, repairs, gardening, and landscaping. Until recently she was also in the leadership role for a team of caregivers, running payroll and keeping the household stocked with supplies. Andrea has worked in many private homes in many capacities. She is a trained chef and at her very core feels that her true calling is to nourish and provide pleasure to others. She brings that ideal to almost everything she does whether it’s creating a beautiful and safe home for her employers or building a happy and productive team environment for her employees. Other accomplishments include being the lead chef on small and large events and hands-on private cooking classes for a cooking school and event center in Sonoma. Andrea’s working style is friendly and focused, she is an expert at multitasking and creative conflict resolution. She understands the need for boundaries and privacy and prides herself on being intuitive and sensing what people need before they even need to ask. Her intention is to find a position that is long term and exclusive.
