My career has encompassed more than 22 years in automotive, project coordination, quality assurance, and business development. My expertise is in working with and leading effective teams, communicating globally to ensure alignment with goals, and providing technical solutions to meet company and customer needs. When it comes to leadership, I lead by example through the implementation of strategies, streamlining operations, and improving processes. Currently, I am leading three teams in Detroit, Saltillo (Mexico), and Jundiai (Brazil). My focus is on my customers to enhance satisfaction and develop products that meet and exceed expectations. Having grown up in Italy paired with my global experience, I have extensive expertise in multicultural and international environments.
