Also, most of the events are electronic RFXs.• Savings Delivery: I am responsible for achieving a saving target along the year. I followed up the results for Central America, The Caribbean and Andean countries. After this process, the number of vendors were reduced by aprox. 30%, simplifying the entire P2P process and reducing the associated workload.• I supported a team which forced Headquarters to review Global Vendors contracts, by contacting regional providers, inspecting their sites, updating their offers and quality standards and preparing the final offers to comply with our global guidelines. As a result, the regional vendors were kept instead of replacing them with global contracts, achieving further savings within the established quality and quantity requirement.
