-Leads the East Coast team of (5) Account Managers, Sr. Account Managers responsible for successful setup and delivery of customer marketing campaigns. -Sets expectations on performance and give continuous feedback to each team member. -Encourages and facilitate career development and growth through 1:1 weekly meetings and formal quarterly reviews. -Helps the product team facilitate successful rollout, global training and adoption of new products and features. -Gathers and provide feedback across other departments, including Ops, CS, L&D, and Product to improve processes for operational excellence, workflow efficiency, accurate campaign setup, on-time delivery and completion. -Owns the applications setup and operational execution for display advertising and lead generation campaigns. -Partners with assigned Customer Success Manager(s) to access system optimization strategies, implementation and deployment timelines, and other day to day activities related to the campaign setup for B2B advertiser clients. -Becomes Madison Logic’s integration implementation experts, learning the ins and outs of lead delivery platforms and the many other integrations we offer our clients and suggesting improvements to process.
