my name is Andrea Quintero. Passionate for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a strong foundation in hospitality principles. I'm a senior at UCF's top hospitality program Rosen College which is in the top five in the world. Through my education and extracurricular involvement, I have developed a solid understanding of customer service, operations management, and event planning. In my past job, I learned how to successfully integrate administrative responsibilities with client loyalty, organize and execute events, and gain an overall understanding of how the marketing sector operates. I am continuously seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
