RUN AG was founded in 2001 by two south tyrolean banks the Südtiroler Sparkasse AG and the Raiffeisenverband Südtirol.Working for Broadband44+, a bidding consortium of the following companies: RUN SPA, Brennercom SPA and Raiffeisen Online GmbH.Broadband44+ is a huge wireless network, which provides Broadband to about 7000 customers (mostly private and some SMB).Assurance technicians monitor the switched network BB44, solve severe troubles on wireless backhaul and access antennas, configure new devices (such as antennas (PTP and PMP), switches, routers, UPS), organize and remotely assist field support technicians, maintain the monitoring platforms and assist the supplier (Cambium Networks) solving software bugs or integrating new features.Experiences in Cacti, Nagios, Syslog, Canopy products (Cambium Networks), Cisco switching and routing. Experiences in project management & team leading.

My role included IT operations and troubleshooting of the wireless network WiNet (http://www.trentinonetwork.it/infrastruttura/rete-winet).WiNet was designed in 2007 by the bidding consortium, represented by Alcatel-Lucent, Essentia SPA and Sensi SRL.WiNets backbone consists of Alcatel PDH links (MXC 9500) and hundreds of Hiperlan links supported by Alvarion and Essentia antennas. This backbone provides connectivity granted by CPEs of Essentia to a lot of municipalities, hospitals, other public facilities and private companies.My tasks were:- monitoring, troubleshooting and if possibile fixing the failures of the network- organizing technicians,which had to go on site to solve hardware faults- fine tuning of all devices- full configuration of the L2+ switches (6424) of Alcatel
