• Works directly with complex iCIMS clients across various industry sectors to analyze, consult, configure, implement and train new customers on the iCIMS platform.• Utilize full-cycle recruitment experience to partner with senior level clients to perform in-depth consulting to understand recruitment processes, challenges and goals and structure a unique project that will support and enhance client recruitment efforts.• Facilitate end-to-end implementation projects with varied complexity through communicating project scope, timeline and risks to ensure that software is configured appropriately.• Stay current on recruitment and HR trends and regulations and consult clients on best practices to ensure compliance.• Mentors and trains new Implementation Managers on iCIMS processes, functionality and delivery.
