I believe in helping people share the best they have to offer – and in a world with more information, opinions and ideas each passing day, excellent communication is a huge challenge.Bad communication not only makes our interaction with others more frustrating. It also hurts sales; it blurs strategy for many within the organisation; it weakens leadership, compromising results and team development; it jeopardises persuasion towards our peers, bosses and teams.This is why I created Arcas Training and became a public speaking coach: my job is to help people to make awesome presentations. For the past few years, I conducted dozens of trainings and workshops in Brazil on interpersonal communication and coached from TEDx speakers to managers and executives of large companies. Effective communication is the one that generates the results you seek and I'm obsessed with it. Every conversation, presentation, PPT or email must serve a goal.
