Vascular Division - CoronaryIn this role I was responsible to provide clinical and technical value of Vascular Coronary portfolio among the assigned accounts in North East of Italy, with a specific focus on the capital equipment business.This was achieved by delivering technical and clinical presentations for customers to support competitive advantages of devices and developing capital equipment business for new and target accounts.Responsabilities:- Develop capital equipment business and coronary products portfolio by mapping the territory accounts and implementing the best strategy- Conduct external and internal training to promote therapies and products to the most appropriate hospital personnel and physicians- Lead product launches in the field on specific accounts, with a scheduled timeline, and defined goals. - Drive marketing campaigns to assigned customers, scheduling customer visits, in order to reach revenue goals assigned by the company.In 2019 and 2020 I was involved in a EMEA cross functional project for the development of new strategies and new product launches.

Cardiovascular DivisionI was responsible to promote Vascular products through professional and technical support to implanters, referrals, and sales personnel in North East of Italy. This was accomplished implementing strategies and tactics to ensure market penetration, market share protection and opening of new accounts.Responsabilities: - Provide technical support and assistance to the sales force and physicians to get certification for all Vascular products, building and and expanding strong partnerships with cathlab community being perceived as a predictable and consistent interface from the customer.- Provide support to Marketing team during in cathlab trainings, implementing strategies and tactics to ensure market penetration and the establishment of new accounts.- Perform product presentations, referral activities, and deliver training to internal staff.
