**Location note: I live in Las Vegas but I've spent the majority of my career building a client and candidate base in the Greater New York City area (and other tech markets).** As a co-founder of One Eighty Collective, I strive to make a positive impact in the recruiting industry by disrupting the "old" mentality of recruiting.
