My professional journey began in 2015 at a reputable Staffing Firm in Venezuela, following the completion of my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Subsequently, I relocated to Florida for a period of four years, where I continued to hone my skills in recruiting and onboarding employees. Over time, I gradually transitioned to a more active HR role, gaining expertise in policies and procedures, E-Verification, background checks, drug screening, I-9s, employee relations, benefits administration, and various HR software platforms - ATS, HRIS, ADP, Paylocity, Dominion, Paycom, UKG - Kronos and NetSuite. Currently, I am based in Round Rock, Texas, having relocated from Florida. I am actively pursuing my SHRM CP certification. As a seasoned Bilingual Human Resources professional I ensure that every employee's and applicant journey is supported and guided effectively.
