Treasury - Financial Analyst – Risk Management And Benefit Investments
Current• Manage daily operations, SOX controls, and reconciliations for $4B Corporate 401K and $6B Pension portfolios, ensuring compliance and accurate financial reporting. • Oversee $40MM in monthly retiree benefit payments, while maintaining equity/fixed income balance and managing daily portfolio cash flow.• Lead year-end FASB 157 Fair Value assessments, ensuring accurate security categorizations for pension and 401K portfolios.• Support portfolio restructuring efforts, including in-kind transitions and trustee RFP selection for our Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans.• Spearhead cross-functional automation project, saving 100 hours annually by integrating SAP and Hyperion for processing $35MM in annual trust invoices.• Produce asset manager performance review analytics and craft investment insights for C-suite decision-making.• Run scenario analysis on potential pension risk transfer transactions and interest rate impact on asset valuation. Conduct research and due diligence on retirement strategies, including annuities, target date funds, and alternative assets (real estate, digital assets, commodities, etc).
