Key Responsibilities:1. Solution Delivery-Oversee multi-phase, multi-dimensional, multi -resource projects from inception to conclusion while maintaining high customer satisfaction-Own team resource schedule-Develop timeline estimates, resource requirements and detailed project plans-Responsible for the ultimate success and satisfaction of internal and external customers and partners:-Communicating effectively with project teams and customers, and partnering with legal, sales, and internal application security subject matter experts to achieve objectives-Given the sensitive nature of application security services, be prepared to recognize and resolve unique customers needs/requests -Own & resolve key issues upon escalation-Identify & proactively resolve issues which encumber delivery2. Marketing Strategy and Customer Presentations-Responsible for developing customer outreach strategy. -Conduct customer presentations -Drive awareness of our products by partnering and collaborating with executive managers, account managers, and other account team members. 3. Strategy and Business Development- Assist in developing proposals and partnering with team leads to staff projects -Maintain key business relationships and enable achievement of specific objectives
