She has a proven track record of leadership and delivering results in a fast-paced environment with little structure or support. Bringing a wide breadth of experience, skills, and resources, Andrea currently works primarily with start-up companies in the cpg, natural foods, natural products and medical device markets. She helps fledging businesses navigate all stages of development including product development, regulatory affair, certifications and review, operations and supply chain management, compliance and IP, CSR initiatives, and funding and resourcing to ensure a successful launch.Andrea works primarily with entrepreneurs who want to use their businesses to create change - whether by the products they make or through what they can use their profits for - they are looking to change the world for the better, and her goal is to help them through this. There is always a focus on the impact we make in decision making that guides the process. Whether it is a selection of or reduction in packaging, transport considerations, raw material selection or through schemes dedicated to making improvements to our planet, such as Organic, Non GMO and B Corp, Andrea works with her clients to consider all ways in which they can use their enterprises as a force for good.Andrea is an advocate of the B Corp movement and encourages all of her clients to begin building their businesses in mind of the tenets of the movement so that they never have to retrofit these into an already established culture.
