• Monitoring work order (WO) project made by the sales team• Ensure that work order already have funding from 3rd party investors• Monitoring aging funding investors compare to project progress• Making coordination with PMO (Project Management Officer) about project progress deadline• Monitoring the budget project (per WO and per site), and compared with the project cost request from project teams• Give a warning to BOD that the budget has been exceeded it maximum limit• Making invoice plan weekly based on BAST Project done• Monitoring and collaborating invoice plan progress with AR Staff• Review invoice document and compare with Purchase Order• Ensure invoice submitted properly to customer• Follow up payment from customer according to due date report• Making payment plan for outstanding Account Payable• Perform strategic management and coordinate with other department head regarding the company’s business development plans• Monitoring cash flow with weekly budget reporting• Develop financial report (Cashflow, Balance Sheet, Income Statement) for BOD review
