• Manage the implementation of IT Governance in the Bumi Resources group, including Kaltim Prima Coal and Arutmin Indonesia.• Contribute to the implementation Corporate Business Continuity Management, as the focal team member.• Provide support to the Corporate IT Steering Committee.• Contribute to the development of IT strategic plans and IT technology and application architecture.• Manage IT risks, and contribute to the Enterprise Risk Management.• Manage the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.• Manage the effective centralized IT Service Desk.• Manage IT service contracts, Service Level Agreement, and IT Service Quality Assurance.• Take charge of change management processes.
