I am work at Sefas group, Shell lubricant distributor in Indonesia.As technical support manager, my jobs are:- create training materials about lubrication in industrial, mining, etc- deliver training session for Distributor sales and customer support staff on Shell products, applications, and product specifications- create technical proposals to recommend Shell product and service solutions to customers- support sales team in improving cross selling and up selling- support sales generation activities- support various business development strategies- complete lubrication survey- perform plant and equipments audit- interpretation of oil analysis report- identify technical market trends in the field- conduct customer visit individually- manage activity and development of all technical support staff, including yearly appraisal- budgeting and continues improvement in technical division- reporting to Vice President
