Enabling a Swedish fashion retailer to enter the Chinese online and offline markets by setting up their IT and logistics infrastructure. Managing the entire project, reporting to client’s global head of IT and processes. Performed warehouse reviews, supplier evaluations, SOP development etc.

Responsible for all IT, supply chain, order fulfillment, product compliance and warehouse operations for the entire company supporting e-commerce on three markets: China mainland, Hong Kong and Vietnam.Member of the company management team. Managing the IT- integration part of a large project aiming to harmonise and integrate acquired companies into the mother company.Performing process mapping, SOP development and metadata analysis for subsidiaries in four countries.Specifying how data should be interpreted and represented in order to establish a company-wide standard.

Working permanently at one client's site as the system owner of a Swisslog-delivered fully automated warehouse and distribution centre, supplying pharmacies with medicines. Responsible for all aspects of the system, including robots, conveyor belts, stacker cranes, user interface, back-end systems.On call for support 24 hours five days per week.
