- Planning, organization and supervision of all finishing and fit out works in compliance with specifications, method statements, drawings, schedules, QA/QC, safety and environmental procedures and programmed requirements within the approved budget- Direct and supervise Expat-supervisors, subcontractors, senior- and junior staff- Cooperate with HSE to direct safety control function- Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods- Responsible for issuance of correct information concerning works for monthly payment applications to contracts department- Site Installation/Organisation for workforce- Oversee material controller’s performance- Store-/Material logistics arrangements and transport management- Scaffold installation/-logistics- Façade installation/QA+QC
