Production planning and scheduling in conformance to automotive standards (TS 16949) for converter and energy storage systems. Responsible to evolve the production lines from shop production to one piece flow lines to prepare for higher quantities and reduce the lead time. The material comissioning was changed to a Kanban supply to reduce inventory.Additionally I had to represent the plant in product development projects and to take care for all tasks that had to be organized at the plant due to completely new products or new variants.
