Organizational/project management skills are required as well as technical knowledge of the products, production processes and production planning.Since the standard process for industrialization projects was not adapted during an organizational change I redefined it and set a checklist including milestones and quality gates as a management reporting tool in place. Due to being set in place for the first time the improvements in productivity and reduced additional claims have to be evaluated from now on.Key user for the CAD and PDM system (Creo and Windchill) for the operations department.Support for the plants in Germany, Czech Republic and China.
