Today Andreas spends part of his time as a writer, covering real estate topics for Forbes Magazine. We have also started to take on construction projects on behalf of other developers, something I had never seen us doing back when we first started out. I created a vodka (Bad Ass Vodka) together with Dennis Rodman, and it opened up a whole new world to me and a whole new appreciation for what celebrity branding can do for a business.
