- Leading Learning Consultant for India and Asia region, as well earlier North America / Latin America for the business groups "Global Services" and "Customer Operation Market Services"- Leading global business unit level strategic projects for Global Services- Managing and leading the development and implementation of learning programs linked to identified business objectives: Learning Needs Analysis, Design of the training program, product and service development, quality monitoring- Training demand collection for internal employees for Global Services and Customer Operation Market Services

- End to end responsible to implement strategic learning programs;- Engagement with the cooperate senior management leaders, HR organizations and Learning & Development teams in the business groups;- Managing and leading the development and implementation of learning programs linked to identified business objectives;- Influence the strategic direction of learning program portfolio and learning service development to drive innovations;- Monitoring the quality and impact of the learning programs;- Leading an international team of regional learning consultants to implement global learning programs;

- Leading an internal team (10 employees) of learning portfolio managers, learning solution architects and learning project managers (Europe, APAC, India and Americas)- End to end responsibility for provide effective learning solutions, learning services, assessments and certifications for a Nokia Business Unit (9,000 employees)- Leading the improvements of the services and portfolios offered based on identified business objectives- Leading the measures to increase the ratio of portfolio virtualization (E-learnings) from 30% to 65% for the portfolio area I am responsible for- Leading the project steps for the provision of an extended E-learning portfolio bought in from the world leading E-learning content provider. Target: to replace classroom deliveries and to achieve cost savings on an significant level

- Owner of the global learning program portfolio available for NSN external customers and NSN employees (“IT, System and General Technology, Software, Hardware and System engineering, Platforms”)- Responsible for the planning, design, quality and development of the learning solutions- Management global learning development projects- Introduction of a portal of Nokia’s 3rd party training suppliers to increase the marketing of available learning programs- Tendering for the improvement of the learning programs in cooperation with the company procurement department- Leading an internal team to develop specifications and requirements for a Content Management System (CMS) during the merger and integration phase of Nokia Networks und Siemens Networks

- Responsibility for a global training portfolio used for external customers and internal employees (Network Management and Radio portfolio)- Leading global development projects: E-learnings and Virtual Classroom content development projects

- Operational responsibility for Nokia Academy’s E-learning platform (IMC CLIX)- Responsible for providing the supporting services for the Rapid E-Learning Authoring Tool (IMC Lecturnity): developing the implementation plan and managing the enabling of Academy content developers- Consulting in projects, creating virtualized content and main contributor for the implementation of E-learning service concepts, like Virtual Classroom- Monitoring the quality of E-learning content

- Execution of worldwide trainings and workshops on advanced and expert level in English and German language (Network Management and Radio (BSS/RAN))

- Consulting of German and Austrian Customers in the design and implementation of learning programs

- Consulting of customer projects in analyzing network operations and optimization of operator processes
