We work to facilitate transparency, fairness, and a higher accuracy in recruitment processes and to help leaders develop the skills they need for their teams to thrive and perform. We work with data-driven approaches to enable evidence informed decision making and to implement ambitious plans.

I am responsible for a course on the use of research based knowledge in the development of professional psychological practice as a part of the Masters programme at the Department of Psychology at University of Copenhagen. We focus on how to apply different perspectives to inform decision making in a practical context and on implications of moving between paradigms when we approach real life challenges.

As a consultant at Humanomics I worked with research impact on society and policy making. I worked to establish interdisciplinary research collaboration and to facilitate the set up of new research groups and projects.

I worked as a part of Humanomics Research Centre at faculty of Psychology and Communication. Here I did a literature review on Science Advice and knowledge mobilization. I worked with international stakeholders, including research leaders at the EU commission and the Chief Science Advisor to the prime minister of New Zealand. Furthermore, I had some tasks related to research communication to the public and was so fortunate as to participate in a show on national TV (DR Deadline) and several podcasts on research credibility and quality (link for one of them attached).

I was hired as part of a research team to do a Meta-review on internventions to improve psychosocial work environment. I worked with stakeholder management, research quality assessment and key factors for implementating interventions. I got the position after participating in the project as an intern.
