Department: Magnetic Sense ControlGroup: Test-Stimuli development Team leader: Technical lead of a group of 6 people Responsible for the development of Test-equipment for calibration, qualification, laboratory and production-testing purposes. Management of development projects including team leading, resource planning, cost planning and regular project board reporting in an international team setup. Maintaining relations with external suppliers and manufacturers including tracking of quality aspects as well as fulfillment of specifications. Responsible for final technical acceptances and hand over of equipment’s to end users. Setup and description of outsourced project work packages in close cooperation with HR and research partners. Supervision and training of lab engineers and students during diploma & PhD thesis projects.In the function as PJM (~40%) responsible for Innovation technology projects together with externals such as industrial, public and academic partners. (EU funding projects)

Magnetic Field Sensors for Automotive ApplicationsResponsible for the advancement and set up of an Application Test-Bench for Magnetic field sensor products; Technical support, infrastructure, project-management and companionship of different suppliers and manufacturers. Responsible for final technical acceptances; Concept engineering mechatronics; Hardware/Software Design - Rapid prototyping for evaluation/development of signal processing solutions within magnetic-field sensor products (e.g. Vibration suppression algorithms for magnetic Speed sensors); Competitor-analysis; Scheduling of customer requested measurements; x) Behavior – modeling of iGMR sensor devices;x) Rapid prototyping - speed sensors & angle sensors x) Support of Innovation-projects for different technologies (GMR, Hall, AMR)
