-Product Developer for the Global Design Centre at Unilever, the biggest tea company in the world.-Lead all product development related activities, including creation of benefit driven product range, specifications and factory trials across a variety of raw materials (tea extracts, concentrated and liquid formats, leaf tea). -Support decision making on wide functions such as packaging, microbiological attributes of products, procurement. -Lead capability workstreams enabling Unilever to unlock current manufacturing challenges and drive portfolio harmonisation as well as important product quality.-Close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.

Quality and Regulatory Operations Department :- Daily flour analysis, acceptance of different kinds of shipment to be transferred into plant’s facilities.- Flour analysis included tests for gluten content, flour strength and quality.- Product testing along the production line of fresh dough.- Product testing for refrigerated goods (texture, package corrosion or defects, deterioration affecting the quality of the product)- Organoleptic tests for both fresh-made and refrigerated goods to assess texture/dough expansion and shelf life respectively. - Assessment of final products ready for dispatch.
