The following tasks were achieved:-• Transmission calibration (shift refinement, shift scheduling consistency, shift-inhibit strategies, shift maps, etc.) to meet all driveability and fuel economy targets.• Work alongside our attribute teams and vehicle engineering, ensuring the software and calibration release plans meets the programme team’s requirements.• Conduct and support climatic, durability and performance testing, inc in-market environmental testing.• Investigate and resolve driveability and durability concerns.• Lead and support project activities (Supplier dial-in meetings, project status reports and technical meetings). • Benchmark competitor vehicles.• Direct and support workshop and testing activities.• Provide technical input to vehicle service manual, owner’s manuals, technical bulletins etc, production line software download, customer support and press car teams. • Provide technical input into other teams responsible for other systems (cooling, EMS ,etc)• Use and help develop the in-house toolset for developing shift calibrations. • Maintain and administrate AIMS, RMDV and DFMEA’s. I delivered the performance; economy and driveability (P.E.D) attribute on some Jaguar Land Rover vehicles. This involved setting P.E.D targets, cascading results, conducting virtual and physical verification and supporting product development cycle activities.My daily tasks involved project managing the attribute delivery, designing experiments, analysing engine/vehicle data, creating resolution plans and presenting to high members of the organization.

I delivered the power supply system functionality for the 2010 Jaguar XJ. This involved developing, verifying and certifying the functionality of the overall power supply system. This involved delivering the latest technology, such as Intelligent Power Strategy Management, Smart Regenerative Charging and load management. These contributed in the campaign, to help lower CO2 pollution. I then went on to lead other tasks within the electrical department, which was extremely challenging.
